The cottage features one king bedroom on the main level and an upstairs loft with two twin beds, along with one full bathroom. A full kitchen is well equipped for cooking at home, complemented by a cozy breakfast nook perfect for slow mornings. The interior reflects an English country aesthetic with bright, charming details throughout.

Seven Springs House is a luxurious five bedroom house nestled in the heart of Dorset. It is situated on 70 acres consisting of meadows, woodlands and two fresh water ponds. It offers unparalleled views of Vermont’s Green Mountains in a serene setting. The house is a stunning contemporary with accommodations for up to 12 guests. There are five ensuite bedrooms, three with king size beds, one with a queen size bed and the other with two twin beds. Additionally, there is a queen size sofa bed in the loft. Should you have a larger group our Seven Springs Barn, located on the property, is also available to book and sleeps another 4 guests.
The main level consists of an open floor plan comprised of a spacious kitchen, a living room, and a dining area room. The living area is surrounded by floor to ceiling windows which provide an abundance of natural light and unobstructed views. Large, comfortable sofas surround the stone fireplace making it a perfect place to read, watch television, play games or simply relax. A mahogany deck running the full width of the house provides a great outdoor entertainment space. The modern kitchen is outfitted with stainless-steel appliances and beautiful stone countertops. It is well equipped to meet all your cooking needs. You have your choice of both indoor and outdoor dining.
The lower level has a lounging area that opens up to a beautiful stone patio. Unwinding in the Adirondack chairs is the perfect way to spend the day taking in nature's scenery. For chillier days and evenings, the fire pit is warm and inviting. The property is comprised of three buildings: the Seven Springs House, the Seven Springs Barn, and my cottage.

Main house has large open-concept family room, kitchen and dining room area. Vaulted ceilings. Four fireplaces on first floor of main house. Master bedroom is on first floor with king bed. Guest house also has king bed. One guest suite on lower floor of main house. Two additional bedrooms, including a kids’ bedroom upstairs in main house. All bedrooms essentially have a private bathroom. There are a number of kids cots for sleeping lots of little ones.
