Join us for an unforgettable evening of fine wine and seasonal Vermont cuisine. Chef Jon Gatewood has crafted a five-course menu to complement a curated selection of Owen Roe wines, presented by Amy Jensen. Each pairing highlights Vermont’s autumn harvest—from halibut crudo with strawberry pickle to a grilled grass-fed rack of lamb with rosemary jus—and concludes with a house-made Anjou pear tarte tatin.
