For the second year running, Chef Jon transforms The Dorset Inn's dining room into something altogether unexpected — a warm, unhurried evening of Southwestern flavors that feels like a welcome respite from the grey of a Vermont March. This year's menu winds through a Shrimp & Calamari Ceviche Cocktail, a soul-warming Roasted Chicken Pozole with Hatch chiles, house-made Carnitas Tamales, Chile Lime Grilled Red Snapper Tacos, and a Tres Leches Cake finished with Jalapeño Piñon Brittle and Strawberry Lime Compote.
Specialty cocktails — among them a Blood Orange Margarita and a Spicy Paloma — have been crafted for the occasion. We suggest arriving a little early to enjoy one by the fire before sitting down.
