About the Event:

Host Kevin Chap has journeyed across the country, capturing the stories and flavors of America's wild foods. For the documentary's grand finale, Chap will join chefs Zach Baker and Julie Heins at The Dorset Inn to craft a unique menu that highlights the best of foraged and wild ingredients.

Dinner Menu:

  • Amuse: Hickory-Smoked Rainbow Trout Mousse on Sourdough Crustini

  • Appetizer: Wild Seafood Chowder with Maine Clams, Lobster, Mussels, and more

  • Entrées: Choose between a luxurious Sieben Ranch Strip Steak or a hearty Indian Flint Corn Polenta with Oyster Mushrooms
